PIR Sensor Range

Q: What is the range of the PIR sensor?

A: Depends on the size of the object. 10 meters even works with a cat. For me, the sensor 6 meters through the apartment and then through the patio door (glass) in the garden about 3 meters. At least the alarm is still triggered.
