Q: How are the connections made weatherproof?
A: It is correct that the connections at the end of the approximately 60cm long connecting cable must be stored in the dry. There are different ways to do this. One of these would be the connection cable e.g. in an outdoor box to accommodate distribution box. Another would be to drill a slightly larger hole to route the connections through the wall into the interior. For some tech savvy customers there is also the possibility to open the camera to remove the connection cable inside. So you can lay the cable from the inside out through a wall without having to drill a large hole. The effort is, however, min. about 30min.
