Q: The picture has a brown, yellow, purple tinge, stripes

A: If the image has a color cast, it is likely that the cables are in loose contact with the image sensor. For outdoor cameras, you can open the camera and check all cables and connectors. If that does not fix the problem or you have an indoor camera, contact INSTAR Customer Support.
