Unfocused Image

Q: That picture of my camera is out of focus and synonymous can not really focus?

A: For all cameras, the lens is focused on a reasonable surveillance area of 5-10m. If you need a different area - or the lens have moved during transport - you can readjust this by hand.

With the indoor cameras, you can simply turn the front of the lens until the image becomes sharp. For outdoor cameras, you first have to open the housing to get to the optics:
