Live Video Stops

Q: After starting the camera, the clock and the picture will stop after a while

A: If you open the camera in the web browser, the video will be encoded via h.264 encoded and played back with the Flash Player. This is a stream. If this is replaced by a e.g. bad network connection is interrupted, then it could happen that this interrupts and you would have to restart the video stream again.

You will find a switch between H264 and MJPEG above the video image of the camera. You could possibly once to switch to MJPEG, these are frames that are loaded very quickly in a row. Due to the fact that a new picture is loaded again and again, it can not happen technically that the video stops. Disadvantage, however, is the amount of data is much larger and you have no audio because it is, as I said, very fast loaded images.
